Venice is universally considered the most beautiful city in the world. The beauty of Venice has lured many artist because of its unusual construction of canals and bridges. It is a fascinating city to discover on foot or by gondola or water buses. I just tried to capture a glimpse of its unusual beauty. You will be in a better position judge how far I succeeded to justify.</div>

Valley of flowers is a vibrant and splendid national park reposing in West Himalayas. Valley of flowers is famous for its charming meadows of alpine flowers. Endowed with a diverse range of endemic flora, it is pictureasque in its beauty. This virtual paradise has been unknown to the outside world till the great mountainer Frank S Smith discovered it in the year 1931. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Here is an impression of the valley of flowers. Hope you would love it. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">NE India has wide alpine geographical diversity and corresponding climatic conditions. NE India endowed with thick evergreen forests with numerous streams, rivers and gorges and hundreds and thousands of species of flora and fauna. The population in this region is comparatively less than the other parts of India & still most of the places are away from modern amenities. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I hope the brief description will help you to understand the location & its atmosphere better I tried to capture. I doubt I justified with the atmosphere & its freshness. I decided to leave it up to you to gauge. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

These buildings have been maintained to keep the glory of India intact. Both the buildings of this painting are old but still standing tall to enhance the beauty of the street as well as the city.</div><br />
<div style="text-align: center;">This painting reflects my humble effort to capture such a beautiful street with old buildings. </div>Dhiraj Deka (D.D)http://www.blogger.com/profile/04730541666118331401noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047259089227245559.post-89366023823843632322010-08-14T16:11:00.000+05:302010-08-14T16:11:57.840+05:30Railway platform<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="291" ox="true" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Y7MnVay76nc/TGZxfrexA8I/AAAAAAAAAHQ/7lCsj0wBSs8/s400/Platform.jpg" width="400" /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Indian railway has the largest rail network in Asia & second largest in the world under one management system. Indian railway helps transporting 20 million passengers daily. It is also one of the world's largest commercial or utility employers with more than 1.6 million employees. The platform of Kharagpur, West Bengal, India is the longest platform in the world. Length: 1,072 m (3,517 ft). </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">All those fascinating facts of Indian railway have compelled me to capture a scene of Indian railway platform. In this painting I just tried to capture a small town railway platform. It’s up to you to judge how far I have justified with this painting.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

So, everywhere you look there is shining golden layer, creating a mesmerising environment. </div>Dhiraj Deka (D.D)http://www.blogger.com/profile/04730541666118331401noreply@blogger.com9tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047259089227245559.post-62103000948002678212010-08-02T15:33:00.002+05:302010-08-02T15:34:35.023+05:30Drizzling<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img border="0" bx="true" height="296" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Y7MnVay76nc/TFaXWo6kRNI/AAAAAAAAAHA/qenFkw1yfEY/s400/Drizzling.jpg" width="400" /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">The title of this painting says the atmosphere exactly I wanted to capture.
